Serving a combined 45 years in the U.S. Navy, the Prosser family has enjoyed food from all over the world.
Upon her retirement, Kim capitalized on that experience and her passion for excellent food to open a boutique catering and personal chef business. Chef Kevin developed much of his culinary prowess assisting Kim. After many years in the business, Kevin and Kim decided to open Kapers Catering and Eatery!
Combining Kim’s extraordinary food preparation skills, Kevin’s exceptional culinary talent, Todd’s irreplaceable passion, and daughter Brittanie’s unmatched specialty drink creations, the Prosser’s have created a unique, high-end dining experience in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
